Declaration Under Cal. Health & Safety Code §§ 119400-119402
Petros and its subsidiaries are committed to compliance with applicable regulations and authorities in the promotion, distribution, and marketing of its products. In order to achieve these goals Petros and its subsidiaries have implemented a Comprehensive Compliance Program (CCP) consistent with Cal. Health & Safety Code § § 119400-119402, based on its good faith understanding of the statutory requirements.
Petros and its subsidiaries CCP have been tailored to the unique characteristics and needs of the Company with the expectation that all employees, contractors, and vendors adhere to company policies. IBSA takes disciplinary and corrective actions when deemed necessary.
In accordance with California requirements, Petros and its subsidiaries has established an annual spending limit of two thousand dollars ($2,000) per California licensed Health Care Professional (HCP) and intends to monitor employee activities to ensure compliance. CLIENT CCP is available to individuals who request it by contacting 844-233-5568.
Your Rights Over Your Information
You can ask us what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate. You can also ask for it to be erased and you can ask us to give you a copy of the information. You can also ask us to stop using your information, stop sharing any of your information with third parties for behavioral advertising purposes, and limit how we use your information.
Your California Privacy Rights
California law entitles California residents to certain additional protections regarding personal data. For purposes of this section alone, “personal data” means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular California resident or household. California residents have the right to request:
- Information regarding their personal data Petros and its subsidiaries have collected (the categories of personal data collected, the source of such data, and how such data has been used);
- A description of whether Petros and its subsidiaries have disclosed their personal data to third parties, and if so what categories of data have been disclosed, and to what categories of third parties;
- A copy of their personal data collected by Petros and its subsidiaries in the past 12 months; and
- That their personal data be deleted.
